New York—Agency parent Omnicom Group has acquired St. Louis-based ad agency Rodgers Townsend.
Rodgers Townsend provides advertising, direct marketing, strategic planning, media planning, interactive marketing and design services to clients including AT&T, Ameren Corp., Monsanto Co. and Maritz.
The Rodgers Townsend name will be kept, and the agency will continue to operate autonomously. Co-founder Tim Rodgers becomes CEO, and co-founder Tom Townsend has been named chief creative officer.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
