Omnicom Media Group forms OMG Digital; taps Finnegan as CEO

New York—Omnicom Media Group on Wednesday announced the formation of OMG Digital. The unit, which will develop new digital initiatives for Omnicom, will oversee $2 billion in digital media spending. Sean Finnegan was appointed CEO of the new unit. Finnegan previously led digital media at OMD USA, a unit of Omnicom Media Group.
