OneSource launches advanced geographic search capabilities

Published on .

Concord, Mass.—List compiler and business intelligence company OneSource has introduced new technology that enables users to target prospects by geographic latitude and longitude, similar to GPS navigation systems.

The new Advanced Radius Search technology allows marketers to target prospects more precisely than postal codes, by combining location information with such other company criteria as revenue, employee counts and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.

Marketers also can use the technology to build target prospect lists for regional seminars and events, and to develop geographically targeted marketing campaigns, according to OneSource.
