Seattle-Small business e-marketplace Onvia.com Inc. reportedly will axe 180 jobs, or 47% of its workforce. Also, CFO Mark Calvert will resign, and Mike Jacobsen, VP-finance, will become acting CFO. These moves come as Onvia.com takes a continued beating on Wall Street as its stock is trading at $1.50, down from a 52-week high of $78.
