OpenX hires former AOL head

London—OpenX, an open source ad server (formerly known as Openads), announced that Jonathan Miller, former chairman-CEO of AOL, has joined the company as chairman. “OpenX has a publisher-centered, open source vision that is truly refreshing,” Miller said in a statement. “In a fast-consolidating online advertising market, they are uniquely focused on enabling publishers to take control of their ad inventory.”
