Princeton, N.J.—Opinion Research Corp., an infoUSA company, has introduced the Customer Experience Evaluation tool. The new tool enables small and medium-sized businesses to see real-time customer opinions on issues such as product value and level of service via ORC’s online reporting system. The company also recently announced the Small Business Caravan, an omnibus research product that gives small businesses access to customer panel research.
