Dearborn, Mich.--Ford Motor Co. and Oracle Corp. have formed AutoXchange--a site designed to link the Dearborn, Mich.-based automaker to 30,000 suppliers and facilitate $300 billion in sales. For Oracle, Redwood Shores, Calif., the deal underscores its push into the electronic-commerce space. It provides the infrastructure for a similar initiative under way at General Electric Co.
