New York—Online travel agency Orbitz has eliminated its global chief marketing officer position.

The information was contained in Orbitz' Form 8-K submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. Orbitz said it is dividing marketing duties among regional managers in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Orbitz CMO Randy Susan Wagner will resign on Feb. 15, the company said. Tom Russell, group VP-offline brand marketing, and Aaron Cooper, group VP-online marketing, will report directly to Orbitz CEO Steve Barnhart.
