London—Procter & Gamble has been named Advertiser of the Year by the 55th Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.

The award is presented to advertisers that have demonstrated innovative marketing of their products and encourage the creative work produced by their agencies. The award will be presented June 21 during a ceremony in Cannes, France.
