Somerville, N.J.--U.S. insurance and financial services company American International Group Inc. said Friday that it has entered into a joint direct marketing deal with MDchoice.com to market its products to doctors and other health care workers. Under terms of the deal, AIG will reach doctors visiting MDchoice's physician medical content areas, and plant links throughout the site. Doctors are considered one of the most lucrative demographic categories to reach, but they are also among the most difficult to reach through traditional direct marketing and Internet marketing.
