Panoramic to shut down Earle Palmer Brown office in Maryland

New York--Panoramic Communications will close the Bethesda, Md., office of ad agency Earle Palmer Brown and move most of that agency's business to Arnold Worldwide Partners, McLean, Va. Lance Mald, chief creative officer and CEO of EPB, New York, said the agency is now evaluating options for its Manhattan office. He declined to comment on whether the Manhattan office would shut down. Accounts moving to Arnold include the U.S. Treasury Department, U.S. Department of Transportation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal Program and the American Bankers Association.
