Think Partnership agrees to acquire iLead Media

Northbrook, Ill.—Think Partnership, a marketing services company, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire iLead Media, an online sales lead generation company.

ILead will become a wholly owned subsidiary following the closing of the deal, which is valued at $9.2 million in cash and stock.

Shareholders of iLead may also receive payments of up to $18 million based on pretax earnings of iLead for the first 12 calendar quarters following the closing of the deal.

ILead CEO Brady Whittingham and VPs David Nelson and Robert Seolas will continue to manage iLead's business following the acquisition, according to Think Partnership.
