'PC Magazine' promotes five editors

New York--Increasing its focus on the Internet, Ziff Davis's PC Magazine announced Wednesday the promotion of five editors. Leon Erlanger became executive editor for Internet infrastructure; Ben Gottesman, executive editor, software and service; Carol Venezia, executive editor, hardware; Jeffrey Witt, technical director, Internet and software; and John Morris, senior editor, First Looks. "The Internet has become the defining infrastructure driving business and PC Magazine's coverage has expanded dramatically in this direction over the last year," Editor-in-Chief Michael Miller said in a statement.
