Pearson named president of Access Intelligence’s chemical division

Rockville, Md.—Access Intelligence, a b-to-b media company owned by Veronis Suhler Stevenson, announced that John Pearson has been appointed president of its chemical division.

In this role, Pearson will oversee Access Intelligence’s portfolio of publications, conferences, and consulting and data services. Pearson joined Access Intelligence in early 2004 as CEO of the newly acquired SRI Consulting division.

He assumes responsibility for Chemical Week, Chemical Engineering and the chemical business media conference group.

Access Intelligence confirmed that the position of Brian Langille, who was president of the company’s chemical business media division has been eliminated and Langille has left the company.
