PeopleSoft starts customer lifecycle CRM program

Pleasanton, Calif.--In a bid to boost its marketing client customer base, PeopleSoft Inc. has introduced the PeopleSoft CRM Customer Interaction Center, a software platform intended to manage all points of contact throughout the customer acquisition and retention cycle. The software can be applied to sales, marketing and customer service functions, and linked throughout Internet, wireless, e-mail and voice customer contact points.
