Peppercom develops PR measurement tool

New York—PR agency Peppercom announced it has created a proprietary measurement tool called Business Outcomes that it says will evaluate the effectiveness of any PR, marketing or sales program based on a flexible algorithmic scoring system. Business Outcomes was developed in partnership with Goodmind, a market research and data analysis company. Peppercom said it can also be used to track and measure sales and marketing campaigns.
