Performics search marketing business fully blended into Publicis

Published on .

Chicago—The search marketing operations of Performics have been “blended” into the French advertising holding company Publicis Groupe.

Publicis acquired Performics’ search business from Google’s DoubleClick in a deal that is expected to strengthen a new Publicis strategic entity—called VivfaKi Nerve Center—that was launched in June.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
