Why:Hoyt Publishing, which formed the for-profit In-Store Marketing Institute in 2003, no longer exists. "We used the 20th anniversary of P-O-P Times [in September] to change the name of our primary magazine to Shopper Marketing, which is more relevant and reflective of the industry today. We also jettisoned all the extraneous activities we did as Hoyt Publishing and officially became the In-Store Marketing Institute."
