Phillips Design Group will be behind those FosterGrant ads

Boston—Eyeglass manufacturer FosterGrant has chosen Phillips Design Group as its new agency of record.

Doug Fox, Phillips Design Group’s director of client services, said the agency, in conjunction with Carole Johnson, FosterGrant’s VP-marketing, will create a new platform and identity for the brand. The goal is to reposition FosterGrant in order to expand its distribution and customer base.

The work will include a trade campaign in the summer of 2005 with consumer messaging slated for 2006.
