Potomac, Md.--Phillips Publishing International, which publishes more than 100 magazines, newsletters and other publications serving a range of industries, has changed its name to Phillips International. The name change for the $300 million company is intended to reflect Phillips' move into Internet products. Phillips International is the parent company of several subsidiaries, including Phillips Publishing, which serves the consumer marketplace, and Phillips Business Information, which has a business-to-business focus.
