Sunnyvale, Calif.--NotifyMe Networks on Monday launched a service that allows companies to run customer service, marketing and employee messaging campaigns that make use of Internet data but seek responses via the telephone. The two-way system, said to be the first of its kind, is triggered by predefined business events. The Web content site CNET.com and shipping company NextJet are among the first users. NotifyMe says it will charge 10 cents to 15 cents per transaction.
