Pitney Bowes agrees to buy two marketing firms

Stamford, Conn.—Pitney Bowes announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Advertising Audit Service, a provider of online tools for customizing promotional mail and marketing materials, and PMH Caramanning, a loyalty marketing services company.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Both companies will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Pitney Bowes and operate as part of its mail services business. Michael Monahan, exec VP and president of Global Mailing Solutions & Services, will oversee the operation.
