Pitney Bowes introduces new branding-oriented corporate site

Stamford, Conn.--Pitney Bowes Inc. has introduced a new corporate Web site intended to enhance its brand and streamline usage for its b-to-b customers. The new site, designed by New York-based marketing agency Frankfurt Balkind, is intended to allow corporate customers to search by solution rather than product. For example, users will find business recovery services and mail management products under an "Outsourcing Services" section. Previously, users had to specifically search for business recovery services and mail management products under those specific monikers. "The emphasis has been, 'We're going to sell you a mail meter,' " said Meredith Fischer, VP-corporate marketing. "But the world doesn't work like that anymore."
