Stamford, Conn.—Pitney Bowes will launch an ad campaign Nov. 1 to promote its expansion in the mail stream category. The campaign, which has the theme “Innovations in the mail stream: What will we put our stamp on next?” was created by OgilvyOne Worldwide, New York. It includes print, online and outdoor advertising. Billings were not disclosed.
