Stamford, Conn.--Pitney Bowes Inc., the mail and document management company, Monday launched a $10 million re-branding campaign.

The marketing targets C-level executives, a new audience for Pitney, and represents the most significant branding endeavor Pitney has launched in more than 15 years. OgilvyOne, a unit of Ogilvy & Mather, created the advertising, and Landor Associates created the overall new look and feel for all brand communications.

The advertising portion of the campaign begins Monday and uses humor--such as the line “Satisfaction guaranteed or your monkey back”--to emphasize the importance of accurate communications, which Pitney Bowes says it ensures. The campaign includes direct mail, print, online and outdoor and carries the tagline "Engineering the flow of communication."

“Pitney Bowes is one of the best-kept secrets in the Fortune 500,” said Michael J. Critelli, chairman-CEO of the company, in a statement. “While we've continued to innovate and expand our array of integrated mail and document solutions, and deliver solid results for our shareholders and customers year after year, we believe that our public image is frozen in time.”
