Stamford, Conn.—Pitney Bowes has launched a national contest to help small businesses improve their customer communications practices. Five grand prize winners will receive a communications plan makeover valued at $10,000 each, among other awarded prizes.
The company's pbSmart Small Business Communications Makeover will assess each entrant's existing communications, and provide custom coaching to develop a better program. Entrants can upload essays or videos on the contest entry page.
Traditionally a mailstream company, Pitney Bowes continues to expand
into digital marketing services, including email and cloud-based postage platforms introduced last month.
