Pitney Bowes revamps organizational structure

Published on .

Stamford, Conn.--Pitney Bowes announced it has created a new organizational structure that splits the company into two businesses: Global Mailstream Solutions and Enterprise Solutions.

Global Mailstream Solutions will cater to mailers and shippers, while Enterprise Solutions will focus on professional and business services for large companies with high-volume mail and document management needs.

The move, which CEO Michael Critelli called the next step in Pitney Bowes' continuing transformation, aligns the company's organizational structure with its financial reporting structure.

Murray Martin, who had been group president of the company’s Global Mailing Systems unit, was named exec VP-group president for Global Mailstream Solutions. Matthew Kissner will lead the Enterprise Solutions unit as exec VP-group president. He was previously group president, Information-based Solutions.
