“We already did increase the budget on social media (which was low to begin with) by about 15% overall. Specifically, we targeted our spend on an additional listening platform, which we are using to listen for lead-generation opportunities, and the rest we are using to build more social content on a consistent basis like white papers, e-books, videos and blog posts, etc. We track several metrics across four main areas: weekly mentions of the word “Avaya,” the weekly number of [support] conversations we engage in; overall sentiment around the word “Avaya”; and the flow of leads we are seeing in social media.”
