Washington, D.C.--The U.S. Postal Service announced it will launch a multimedia advertising campaign for Priority Mail, its two-day shipping service. The campaign, created by Campbell-Ewald, a unit of The Interpublic Group of Cos., breaks Feb. 17 and targets the small-business market. It includes television, newspapers, magazines and outdoor advertising in New York's Times Square, with creative that stresses the reliability and affordability of Priority Mail.
