Priceline.com taps new CMO

Published on .

Norwalk, Conn.--Priceline.com Inc., the name-your-own-price site heavily used by business travelers, has promoted Brett Keller to chief marketing officer. He will assume the title at the end of the year. Keller has served as senior VP-marketing at Priceline.com, which gained prominence through TV ads featuring "Star Trek" actor William Shatner belting out spoken word songs about the site. Keller replaces Michael McCadden, who is leaving to work as an independent consultant. Prior to joining Priceline.com in 1999, Keller worked in various marketing positions at Seiko Japan, Tokyo.
