PricewaterhouseCoopers, artificial intelligence software company sign pact

Frankfurt, Germany--PricewaterhouseCoopers Unternehmensberatung GmbH, the German subsidiary of New York-based PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., has signed a pact with Artificial Life, Boston, to develop and market software to businesses. PWC is the world's largest consulting firm and Artificial Life is a developer of artificial intelligence software. PWC and Artificial Life will initially develop and market online banking and portfolio analysis software to financial services companies. Under the pact, PWC will acquire all licenses for Artificial Life's software released in 1999 and 2000.
