New York--PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. and BroadVision Inc. have entered an alliance to develop and market customer relationship management software. The consultancy and the Redwood City, Calif.-based Internet technology developer will target clients throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. While the companies have worked together on some 20 joint ventures over the past year, this is its most significant to date. The deal also underscores BroadVision's deepening relationship with the Big 5. Last year, it formed Roundarch, an e-business consulting firm, with Deloitte Consulting.
