Arlington, Va.--The Army Wednesday confirmed that it has awarded a $27 million, eight-year contract to PricewaterhouseCoopers' government practice to build Web-based learning systems for soldiers. Washington Consulting Practice helped negotiate the deal. PricewaterhouseCoopers has one of the best developed military consulting practices.
