Primary Knowledge aims to differentiate e-mail marketers

New York--Primary Knowledge has announced a deal with Bigfoot Interactive to offer Primary Knowledge's marketing analysis software to Internet e-mail customers. Primary Knowledge says the deal is significant because it extends its stable of e-mail service companies offering Primary Knowledge, which includes Digital Impact, Kana Communications and Responsys.®MDNM¯ Primary Knowledge takes e-mail responses and compares them to lead generation and sales conversion data to help marketers discover the return on investment of a campaign. Jupiter Communications Inc. estimates e-mail marketing will reach $7.3 billion by 2005, and the average customer will receive greater than 1,000 advertising e-mails annually.
