Orlando, Fla.--Technology vendors introduced several new products and services at this week's National Center for Database Marketing Winter conference.

DoubleClick debuted Ensemble 65, an upgrade of its marketing automation software, which can be integrated with its Dartmail e-mail service. Designed for multichannel marketers, Ensemble 6.5 enables real-time, event-triggered marketing across Web sites, call centers and point-of-sale devices.

Bell Rock Solutions released its Integrated Application Suite. The software, which features CRM, help desk and quality management applications, allows companies to change and configure sales and marketing databases themselves.

ComTrust Telecommunications launched a new division, Goldleaf Data, that it says will enable marketers to reach new businesses in as little as 72 hours after phone lines are connected. ComTrust gathers new-listing data from U.S. telephone carriers every 24 hours.
