Proximity Marketing launches fax opt-out management solution

Cleveland—Proximity Marketing, a fax, e-mail and online marketing company, has introduced a fax opt-out solution for marketers. Called Fax Privacy Center, it helps companies comply with requirements outlined in the Junk Fax Prevention Act (2005) and is composed of fax opt-out tools including for phone (Interactive voice response system), a toll-free fax removal line and a Web page. The opt-outs are captured and stored in a database that can be accessed online by clients.

Many of Proximity’s clients use fax as a way to renew subscriptions and send permission-based marketing messages.
