Publicis to acquire Razorfish from Microsoft

Paris—Publicis Groupe announced plans to acquire digital agency Razorfish from Microsoft Corp. in a deal valued at $530 million.

Once the acquisition is completed, about one-quarter of Publicis' revenue will come from digital marketing, according to the agency group.

In addition, Publicis and Microsoft announced a strategic alliance under which they will work together to develop digital solutions for brand marketers.
