Published on .

Seattle—French advertising holding company Publicis Groupe has acquired PBJS, a digital marketing and event production company closely involved with Microsoft Corp. projects.

PBJS, founded in 2003 by former Microsoft executives Bob Bejan and Jenny Spigot, currently holds a long-term contract with the software giant to product a number of internal and external events. Other PBJS clients include AT&T, Intel Corp. and Smart Balance.

The 26-person shop will continue to operate as a separate brand, and will be aligned with Publicis Events Worldwide.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
