Publicis to merge digital agencies Digitas, LBi

Paris—Publicis Groupe, Paris, announced it will merge its digital agencies Digitas, based in Boston, and LBi, based in Amsterdam. The new agency network will be named DigitasLBi and will be led by Global CEO Luke Taylor, previously CEO of LBi. DigitasLBi will have offices in 25 countries, with clients including American Express Co., Delta Air Lines, eBay and Sprint.
