PwC acquires assets of digital consultancy BGT Partners

New York—PricewaterhouseCoopers U.S. has acquired the assets of digital consultancy BGT Partners, Miami. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Under the acquisition, BGT's employees and technology assets will become part of PwC's U.S. Advisory practice. David Clarke, formerly CEO of BGT, and Andrea Fishman, chief client officer, have joined PwC as principals. The expanded advisory service will focus on helping organizations create an enhanced experience with customers to drive growth, performance and customer engagement, PwC saidin a statement. Jordan, Edmiston Group represented BGT in the transaction.
