PWC starts marketing-centric CRM service

New York--PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., the world's largest consulting firm, has launched CRM Accel, a new customer relationship management service focused on combining clients' marketing, sales and customer service divisions. The new service will work with software from PWC's existing CRM partners, including Siebel Systems Inc. and Sun Microsystems Inc.
