Quantcast taps Gerber as CMO

San Francisco—Quantcast Corp., an Internet measurement company, has named Adam Gerber CMO. In addition to his duties as CMO, he will represent Quantcast in industry consortia and on standards committees, such as those run by the Interactive Advertising Bureau, Quantcast said. Gerber was previously VP-advertising products and strategy at Brightcove. He was also a founding partner of WPP’s Digital Edge unit, which is now called MEC Interaction.
