R.H. Donnelly, Doubleclick in local Web ad deal

Purchase, N.Y. -- R.H. Donnelley, the nation's largest independent marketer of yellow-pages advertising, and DoubleClick, an Internet advertising services company, announced Thursday that they have entered into an alliance to target local Web advertising to Web users in the greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky markets. DoubleClick Local helps Internet advertisers target prospects by both geography and category. Ads are targeted at local users on sites included within the DoubleClick Local Network, including top branded sites such as AltaVista, Travelocity and U.S. News and World Report.
