Radar Advertising introduces new interactive ad format

Sherman Oaks, Calif.--Radar Advertising Inc., an integrated communications agency, has launched RadarActive ads, a new ad format that combines offline advertising such as print and outdoor with Flash animation to create an interactive experience. To promote the new ad program, Radar Advertising is offering advertisers a "zero commission" program through the end of the first quarter, in which the agency will waive the markup fee on production costs for new clients.
