Radical beefs up reporting application

New Orleans-Radical Communication Inc., which has a big share of rich-media advertising, Monday released a beta version of RadicalInsight, an application designed to give in-depth reports on rich-media campaigns. On display at the DMA's annual conference, RadicalInsight includes reports on the time of day an e-mail was opened and whether it was forwarded. Radical has also updated its graphics to produce detailed tables, charts and graphs that can be easily forwarded. Radical Communication, Marina Del Rey, Calif., is partnered with such network infrastructure companies as Digital Island Inc. and Akamai Technologies Inc. to ensure its audio and video marketing messages aren't bogged down in transit.
