Rapp Collins centralizes, promotes five

New York—Rapp Collins Worldwide, part of Omnicom Group, announced Tuesday it has centralized agency operations in North America and promoted five senior executives.

Robert Horvath has been elevated to president-direct marketing, from corporate CFO, and Edward McNally was promoted to president-diversified services, from president-COO.

All direct marketing agency operations in North America will now report to Horvath. McNally will head integration, services and partnerships agencywide as well as oversee a newly created corporate marketing and communications department.

The agency also promoted three planning and creative executives: Cathy Clift has been named RCW chief planning officer, from exec VP-planning at Rapp Collins, Dallas; Martin Macdonald becomes RCW chief creative officer, from exec VP-chief creative officer at Rapp Collins, Dallas. Caroline Chilvers was named exec VP of corporate marketing and communications. She was previously team leader and senior VP at Rapp Collins, New York.
