Razorfish to acquire International Integration

New York--Razorfish, an electronic-commerce consultant, has agreed to acquire International Integration, a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of electronic business services known as I-Cube, in a stock deal valued at $677 million. The deal is intended to strengthen Razorfish's capability to offer marketers Web design services. The combined company would employ more than 1,000 people in seven countries. Jeff Dachis would remain CEO-president of Razorfish. Michael Pehl, CEO of I-Cube, would become COO of Razorfish.
