Razorfish: ‘Your CEO will join Facebook’

New York— Razorfish’s fifth annual “Digital Outlook Report” makes this prediction: "Your CEO will join Facebook ... or at the very least LinkedIn."

The digital marketing agency’s wide-ranging report said the recession will force advertisers to look for media that will offer "measurability" and "differentiation." It also said that marketers will look to media that delivers return on investment in the recession, but even search spending, noted for its ROI potential, will see a slowdown in growth in the coming year due to the downturn.

Razorfish also announced in the report that its publishers of the year are New York Times Digital, Yahoo and Federated Media, based on "service, creativity and responsiveness." —Sean Callahan
