San Francisco--For the second time in two months, Red Herring Communications has announced job cuts. The company said Monday that it is cutting 32 jobs, or about 10% of its staff. In October, Red Herring laid off about 25 workers, citing a softening advertising market. However, the company said the latest cuts were aimed at improving efficiencies and wedding its online and print divisions. The company says most of the cuts were in engineering and technical positions, but some editorial jobs were also eliminated.
