Research companies form joint agreement

Published on .

Oyster Bay, N.Y.—Technology research company ABI Research and Townhall Proprietary Research on Wednesday announced a partnership agreement in which ABI Research's analyses of emerging technology markets will become part of Townhall Proprietary Research’s advisory services to institutional investors.

ABI Research will receive commissions on TPR sales in return.

"Our main interest, in translating applied sciences market research into a form useful to investors, is technology, especially semiconductors and wireless technologies," said TPR founder James Townsend, in a statement. "Our relationship with ABI Research means that we can expand the range of companies about which we can offer informed advice to our clients."
